The problem with sales is that 'skills gaps' are less visible than in some other professions.

They tend to materialize only once the wall has toppled over. Using a well-validated sales skills assessment tool will ensure the foundations of your #salesforce are robust for a successful 2022.

It sounds obvious, yes? Unfortunately, too many managers sit on the 'fence' [sometimes a wall] and wait for the problem to hit them in the face – at which point it can be too late.

Be proactive, not reactive. Assess your sales executives (existing and new hires) and start to REALLY manage sales. One option is here... There are others (good and bad!)
